Chaun:
“ My name is Chantelle Karoud but all my friends call me Chaun. I have had the pleasure of being a part of YWAM Scotland where I took my 6 month discipleship training, it was life changing for many reasons! I met my wonderful husband, Joshua, there and we have been married almost 3 years now. We both have a passion for traveling and have had the opportunity to share the love of Christ in many different countries. I currently work at a Honda dealership where I am the only female sales consultant. I thoroughly enjoy my morning coffee, horseback riding, the hot Okanagan summers, relaxing with friends and family, and playing and singing music on my worship team. "
Katie:
" Hi, I’m Katie. My Name is actually Katherine, but I go by Katie. First of all, I am new to blogging. As in, I have NEVER blogged before. But we all to start somewhere right? As it is in life, too. My relationship with Jesus Christ started out as something I had never experienced before, and since then (which has been most of my life) I cannot imagine who I would be, or what I would be without Him. Up until a couple of years ago I would have listed my hobbies next, but alas, I am a mother of a 1 ½ year old and that consumes the majority of my interests these days. I am crazy about my son, whose name is Leo. His dad is my husband Mark, who I am also crazy about. We’ll be married 6 years this spring. Okay, I’ll go ahead list a few of my hobbies just for the heck of it…music, piano, changing diapers, cooking and baking, jogging (with stroller, of course), tea or coffee with friends (or strangers), swimming in the lake, housework (kidding), learning from the Bible, making lunches (seriously, though), and being outside in the evenings. One additional hobby of mine is doing blue angels. If you don’t know what that is, I’ll show you next time we hang out. "

Helena:

" Hey y’all my name is Helena. I’m just a Virginia Girl living in a Canadian world. A couple of gems in my life are my two main squeezes—my puppy child Fatboy Winston and my smoking HOT Canadian husband, Matthew. I love these two. Matt definitely makes #MCM on my Instagram on the regular. I have a passion for design specifically wedding design and guacamole…like all the time. I am pretty sure if I could I would turn into an avocado because I’m a guacasaur. My family back in VA thinks I’ve gone “granola” because I am a sucker for a hike and spotting the perfect tree to climb, but I take it as a compliment because who doesn’t like granola? But, don’t worry friends I will always have a soft spot for Chik-fil-A and deep fried oreos. If you get to know me then you will find that Zumba is my jam and I love wine, but the best thing about my life is that I am able to enjoy all of these things from hiking to even fried food because of Jesus. He makes it all worth living. I could not ask for anything better. #forrealsblessed "

Ginger:

" Hi y'all!! I'm Ginger, and if you can't tell from my greeting, I'm from the good ol' south! I am a teacher of student with significant disabilities by day and a calligrapher/creative soul by night. My calligraphy business is called Edye + Ethel and is named after my grandmothers, the two most crafty, vibrant, and Jesus-loving women there ever were. I adore deep chats over craft coffee, nightly walks with my hubby, anything local or handmade, and food... I love food. The Lord has been so good to me and I am thankful for the invitation to walk daily with Him. "

Mel:

" Hi! I'm Melissa but lots of my friends call me Mel. This past year I moved back to Canada after doing an incredible three year journey in Sydney, Australia at the Hillsong International Leadership College. Being there sparked such a desire to see The Church become all that it can be to reach people. I am in love with the idea that being apart of the church means you are apart of something so much bigger than yourself that will continue to go on long after we have left this earth. Creative Arts have always been a passion in my life since I was little, ever since starting piano lessons as a little 6 year old girl. This past year I have been able to join as the Worship and Creative Arts Pastor at my church. I am also passionate about photography and capturing genuine interactions between people. There is something so intriguing about capturing something that most people would overlook, and revealing its beauty. And then, there is travel which I am absolutely obsessed with. I never want to just stay in one place, even if it just means to go on a road trip a couple hours away. I've self-diagnosed myself with Wanderlust ;) My hope and dream would be that one day that all these passions could come together and be the thing that I do with my life. By being able to build God's Kingdom with music, photography and travel. "

Omega:

" My name is Omega Tennant (and, before you ask, no--there is no Alpha). I'm an avid learner, passionate traveler, vegan “macaroni and cheese”-ian, conference junky, and self-certified social anthropologist. All of this means, I love engaging with, learning about and from my fellow homosapiens (human beings). Native-born Georgia peach, I have traveled and/or worked in Peru, Ecuador, China, Tanzania (Zanzibar), Kenya, and Brazil. As this list grows, I aim to bring the freedom of foreign language proficiency and joy of multicultural competency to everyone through pictures, videos, blogs, and souvenirs. On any given day, you'll find me with a cup of tea, feasting on my "book of the day", and fine-tuning my life plan-- all while content knowing it'll turn out completely different than I envision... "Carpe diem", "C'est la vie", and "Ubuntu" are my life mottos. "
